Your access to and use of the CANNACTION Loyalty Program site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our site.
By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the CANNACTION loyalty program.
Subscriptions
To better protect your privacy we DON’T ASK your (real) name, address, or any other personal information, except your e-mail, nickname, and favorite shop. Your information will be shared only with your favorite shop. You might receive notifications, product and promotion information by email.
Points
In the CANNACTION Loyalty Program, you can accumulate points. If you wish to exchange your points for any product you may be asked to wait for 30 to 90 workdays to receive it, in case your favorite shop does not have it in stock. If accumulated point fraudulently the CANNACTION website can decide to cancel your purchase and delete your account permanently.
To accumulate more points you might choose to answer polls and surveys available to you though your CANNACTION Loyalty Program account. The information obtained by these polls and surveys are anonymous and will only be used to understand the preferences, opinions and needs of the users of the CANNACTION Loyalty Program.
Favorite shop
You will be required to be loyal to your favorite shop to accumulate and exchange point of your CANNACTION Loyalty Program account. You will be able to request to change your favorite shop. Your request will be evaluated by the CANNACTION team and can be approved or refused.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Unsubscribe
If you wish not to be part of the CANNACTION Loyalty Program anymore, you can simply delete your account. All your points will be deleted together with your email from our contact list.
